Apollo is in full dressage training in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Classic Training Center.
  • Apollo is a developing performance stallion under saddle and in harness.
  • He was Jr. Champion at the Welsh Show in Paso Robles, CA in fall 2001.
  • In hand he was Grand Champion at the Pinto Show in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • In 2002 in hand, and in 2003 he won first place under saddle in the walk/trot class.
  • In his first dressage schooling show in 2004, he scored 60.5% intro level test two.
  • In 2004, at the American Driving Society Driving Trial in Moorpark, CA, he placed third overall out of a field of six. This placement counted dressage (a good score), marathon, and cones.
  • We were featured in the Holiday 2004 issue of Carriage Driving World magazine. The full two-page image shows us coming down the centerline during the training level test.

Apollo is a proven stallion, having produced three foals in-house. He is now standing for outside mares.

Apollo's first foal was sold to Mrs. Kate Shields of Hastening Farm in Virginia. Mrs. Shields is a Welsh Cob breeder, an Advanced Level Combined Driving competitor, and long-listed with USET.

Apollo has excellent conformation, good bone, and a wonderful disposition. He strongly imprints his foals with his qualities. His imprinting includes his four white stockings and white blaze.

In 2005 Apollo is starting his combined driving three-day event career, and dressage at the training level.
